Maria Molinaro has been in the risk management business for almost 33 years. Starting out as a runner, she worked her way up to her current position. Maria started out with Iowa Grain in 1989. Maria performed many different tasks, including, trade checking balancing, compliance, risk management, and trade processing. In her spare time, Maria loves hanging out with her family.
