Upon graduation from Iowa State University in 1986, Bert served as sales and marketing manager for Strayer Seed Farms, his family’s four generation seed business in Hudson, Iowa. From 1998 to 2023 he was with La Crosse Seed serving most recently as Division Sales Manager. He joined the Ever.Ag Livestock Team May of 2023 as a Business Development Representative. Bert and his wife, Teresa, have two adult children, Amanda and Sam, and still call Hudson home. A small, fluffy white dog named Sophie rules the roost. He enjoys spending time with friends and family.
