Debi Archer is Senior Vice President of Transformation and Strategic Initiatives. She focuses on advancing goals, crafting execution plans and leading multiple projects across business units. With extensive experience in supply chain and procurement, Debi works with industry stakeholders and top clients on key initiatives. Before joining Ever.Ag in 2015, Debi held procurement positions with ConAgra, where she directed domestic and international sourcing. She actively managed price risk with physical coverage strategies and derivative positions execution. Debi has a bachelor’s in International Business Management and a master’s degree in Business Leadership. She resides in Papillion, Nebraska.
