Sophie grew up in a small town called Milford, Michigan and now resides in the great city of Chicago. She graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in Environmental Policy and a minor in Sustainability Management. Outside of work, she enjoys walking along Lake Michigan, cooking new recipes, and watching the Loyola Ramblers men’s basketball team. Go ‘Blers!
