Theresa Rutz discovered the unique world of dairy trading in April of 2004. In 2015, she took her expertise to Chicago to help guide customers from “pit” trading at the Chicago Board of Trade to electronic platforms. Theresa is excited to join the ever.ag team where she will continue to help customers navigate the dairy world by providing market information and a variety of execution methods for dairy futures and options.
